National Cyberwatch

Client

National Cyberwatch brought our team in to refresh the brand for their flagship event series, Cybersecurity Capabilities and Careers Symposia (3CS). The goal was to create one cohesive identity for the series with a clear structure that could adapt to different regions, starting with the inaugural Mid-Atlantic 3CS.

Objective

The Challenge

3CS needed to feel like a single, recognizable event series while still giving each region its own presence. The system had to work across digital promotion and on-site materials, and it needed to be easy for different teams to use without the brand drifting or getting diluted.

The Approach

I designed a flexible brand identity system built around a consistent core with regional variations. The logos and color palettes pulled from coding language and 8-bit visual cues to signal cybersecurity in a distinctive way. I then applied the system to launch the inaugural Mid-Atlantic 3CS, setting a template the series can reuse and expand.

Deliverables:

  • Master 3CS identity system with a consistent core logo structure

  • Mid-Atlantic 3CS regional variant, including logo lockups and supporting graphics

  • Color palettes designed to differentiate regions while staying cohesive

  • Typography and layout rules to keep materials consistent across channels

  • Template-ready assets for common event needs (social graphics, signage, email headers)

  • Usage guide to support handoff and future expansion
