Support the execution of SWaMfest 2023, an annual supplier diversity conference, by developing a vibrant visual identity aligned with its theme: AMPLIFY

Objective

The Challenge

SWaMfest needed to capture music festival energy while maintaining professionalism for an audience of business owners and corporate representatives.

The branding had to work across a custom registration website, physical event materials, and social media without losing cohesion or credibility.

The Approach

To bring the SWaMfest 2023 vision to life, I developed a unified branding strategy centered on a vibrant "music festival" theme. This included:

  • Event Branding: Designed a logo and visual identity featuring bold colors, dynamic typography, and playful graphics inspired by music festivals.

  • On-Site Materials: Created signage, name badges, directional graphics, and stage backdrops that carried the theme into the event space.

  • Digital Assets: Crafted a custom registration website, social media graphics, email templates, and promotional materials to build pre-event excitement.

  • Thematic Decor: Collaborated with the event team to ensure visual consistency across decor, materials, and attendee touchpoints.
